In today’s complicated world, many educated, loving and kind parents are unsure of how to parent effectively. Busy parents don’t have the time, energy, or patience to wade through all of the competing advice.
That is where a parent coach comes in!
What is parent coaching?
I coach parents in partnership, to work effectively with their children. Unlike therapy, which focuses on past experiences and diagnosis, parent coaching is focused on empowerment and building on a family’s unique strengths. It is personalized education and support.
What results can I expect with coaching?
You will parent with confidence that your every day interactions with your children consistently reflect your family values.
You will identify your emotional triggers–you know the ones where you feel like your child just knows how to get you going?–and release their hold on you so that you can parent consciously instead of accidentally.
You will gain real-life, everyday tools that you can use to build a strong relationship with your child based on mutual respect, open communication, peaceful cooperation, and loving connection.
Most importantly, you will foster a relationship with your child that is able to withstand the test of time, peers, media and adolescence, lasting long after they have moved out of your home.

When is the best time to start working with a coach?
Whether you are currently expecting your first child, or have a teenager who is close to leaving the nest, it is never too early or too late to work through this process. Clients with children at all ages and stages find that they experience a profound transformation in their relationships through the work we do together.
